As the youngest of seven in a big Filipino family, I learned quickly that food is our love language. I spent my childhood watching, learning, and eventually mastering the recipes that became my signature dishes—the ones everyone requests, the ones that disappear first at every party.
It was during these moments, surrounded by family, laughter, and the clatter of plates being filled, that I dreamed of one day sharing my love for cooking with the world. But as life unfolded, that dream had to take a backseat…
Like many, life took me in a different direction before I could fully embrace my passion. I spent years in the management world, working long hours and feeling disconnected from the creative joy that food once brought me. But then, the world shut down. The pandemic forced me to slow down, and for the first time in years, I found myself back in the kitchen, cooking not just for survival but for comfort, for connection, and for fun.
As I started cooking more, I shared my dishes with family and friends. Soon, I was getting requests to make their favorites—the dishes they missed, the ones that reminded them of home. What started as something small—just a way to bring joy in uncertain times—quickly turned into something bigger than I expected.

That was when it all clicked—I started making and selling food for my community, bringing beloved flavors to those who craved a taste of home. But more than just cooking, I realized how much joy it brought me to see people light up when they took that first bite.
It wasn’t just about feeding people—it was about creating experiences, bringing comfort, and making memories through food. Seeing the way my dishes brought happiness to others rekindled something inside me.
